Both environments have the following setup:
[root@up ~][10:21am] $ set | egrep -i "^lang|^lc"
[root@up ~][10:21am] $ locale
[root@up ~][10:22am] $
Well... except for the prompt string, but you know what I mean. Both
accounts use the same ~/.bash_* files with logic to change
umask/prompts/paths depending on which me I am at the moment, so their
environments are very similar.
