So where do we get these from? I really think English English
should be included in cvs and distros. It's more widespread than
American English and closer to other dialects.

Should the prefs dialog allow setting of *all* prefs? Some are
esoteric but necessary. I think RemapGlyphs should be off by
default on Windows as this platform doesn't share the font
problems of *nix.
