in windows the installer is a binary exe and i was suggesting that the
setup_abiword.exe be compressed, to make the download smaller.
I have no idea why you would want to compress the actual wordprocessor program
binary, and i was not suggesting it.
I have added an RFE suggesting that at some stage a minimal installer be made
available, just one language, no docs, no source,
(possibly built without all the file filters, which could eventually be turned
into plugins anyway).
